Smoke

Uploaded: October 24, 2004

Description

That's what it is: nothing but smoke
and a lamp. It was tough to focus;
I just moved my head back and forth
using the 100mm macro until it looked
good. F3.2 at 1/125 second.

I completely forgot about this one.
Why is it that creating truly good
images is sometimes like pulling teeth?
And sometimes it's as natural as
breathing. I'm not telling you which
one this was....

just..thanks

They, asked me how I knew,
My true love was true,
I of course replied, something here inside,
Can not be denied.

Now laughing friends deride,
Tears I cannot hide,
So I smile and say, when a lovely flame dies,
Smoke gets in your eyes.

Congratulations Art!
