So nice to hear from you Shirley, Donna, Charlene, Debra, Allan, Adilson, Sanjay, and Dan. Glad you liked this. When I showed it to my husbanad he couldn't figure out what it was supposed to be, so I wasn't sure if I had done it very well.

Charlene--all I did was do a layer with the frame, then erased the middle of the frame so the picture showed through, and then did the effects only on the area inside the frame. It didn't upload as well as I would have liked--the effects look uneven, but they are fine on the original. Don't know if that helps. If you want you can email me when you try it again. #841342
