I don't normally like canned effects, but this fractilius plug-in does some cool stuff...

I love the fractalius filter also, but my newest passion is the Lucis filter, does the Norman Rockwell look, I went to the flea market on Monday, captured some neat characters and Lucis filtered them, check out my gallery, you may want to check into this filter, it's awesome.
