Thank you very much, Char and Dan! This is my first image post-virus. A virus ruined my computer last week and I lost everything in restoring the system to its factory condition. I did have some backups, but I'm having to reinstall most everything, including PS Elements 2, and it's going to take me awhile! #821915

Great shot!! Sorry to hear about your virus. I had one a while back, too. I luckily didn't lose anything except Microsoft Word..I got that back up and running after a lot of help from a lot of people! #822058

This has a real 1940s flair, Patricia, love those bold colors and graphics, although that filter you applied sounds a little on the scary side!! #822715

Thanks, Allan, Carolyn, Wendy, Terry, Donna, Bill, Stephen, Darren, Carol and Colette.

Carol, hadn't realized that but it does have a 1940s feel to it. Your comment about the scary filter made me laugh! It certainly is a strange name for the company and its filters. This is a 30-day trial filter I used.

I didn't lose any photos this time around; I had backed them all up to CD. But it looks like I didn't back up some important documents, so I think I lost all that plus all my e-mail is gone. :-( #824141

Mary K. Robison November 08, 2004

Sorry about all your lost docs, Pat ~ been there, cried over that...
But thank goodness all your beautiful photos were backed up!! And this one is especially fine ~ great colors, and that "Alien Skin" filter is very cool! #898351

Patricia Marroquin November 09, 2004

Hi Mary, thank you very much. The Alien Skin filter is a trial, unfortunately, so I won't be able to continue to use it, but at least I got to try it out. :-) #899864
