Heat Strokes

Uploaded: September 23, 2004

Description

A 300mm lens and intense heat give this image of Scott Air Force Base, Illinois firefighters in training the effect of brush strokes on a canvas. Shot with a Nikon D100, 1/500 around f5.6. Absolutely no manipulation other than dodging burning and cropping.

A really HOT shot!, Bob -(no pun intended).

Truely a great almost futuristic look and feel.

Nicely done. ..mike ;-}

Spend the $20, get gallery - I want to see more. .. #171898

Thanks, Mike. I'm kinda up in the air about putting too much stuff here, with all the photo borrowing going on in www.

But I will enter an occassional contest here and there and keep my portfolio on another site that is well protected.

Thanks again.
