Blowfish II

Several years ago on a family trip to Wisconsin Dells, I decided to pick up a disposable underwater camera. I took underwater pool shots of my two kids and it was a great time. Some pictures turned out and some didn't, but the memories captured are priceless.

Another FUN underwater capture, Mike!!Michael Umbreit January 03, 2008
Jennifer - Thanks! I would recommend trying it sometime. I had no clue as to what I was doing way back when...but I did capture the memories. I think the single use waterproof camera is now called the "Sport" and has a few more features. - Mike #5287502Jeana Clark January 03, 2008

Wonderful capture, Mike! I am surprised at how clear the photos are under water. It doesn't seem so clear in the pool when I am swimming in it. #5287837Ronald F. Fischer January 03, 2008
Another wonderful underwater capture!! You have motivated me to try this sometime. I can't believe the wonderful quality of the disposable camera!! Of course, it was in the hands of a fantastic photographer!! #5288610Michael Umbreit January 03, 2008
Jeana/Barbara/Ronald - Thanks for the comments! The water was very clear and it was in the mid afternoon on a very sunny day. I think that helped with the colors and clarity. I had also purchased a cheap pair of prescription goggles so that I could see enough to take the pictures. LOL - Mike #5288775Anita Hogue January 03, 2008
