Hi Jim,
This is really an awesome shot ... and a very appropriate title too! I think this makes a great "Where in the World?" image for the March issue of PhotoFlash. Thanks!

Beautiful picture! Think this is the area in Amsterdam near Kukenhouf (sp?) Gardens. There are fields and fields of these beautiful tulips and daffodils. Great shot. Wonderful website. Thanks. #2487877

Wonderful shot! Such color and form. My guess would be south-central California, as I've seen flower fields spreading off forever there, much like this photograph portrays. The mountains also say "California," although of course I could be wrong by half a world ... Perfect photo for a travel magazine! #2487947

Yes, all of you who said Skagit Valley Tulip Festival near Mount Vernon were 100% correct.

Have you been to this festival Bernie, as it's practically in your back yard, right? And I see that it is close to home for many BetterPhoto members.

I will doing a one-day shoot there this year... hopefully the tulips will be in bloom just before Easter:

Thank you everyone for your additional comments.

By the way, we had a great (but wet) Tulip Tromp. The rain just added great texture to many of our photos... I don't have all of the photos in any one place but here are a few links to photos from the Tulip Tromp:

Tulip by Joyce S. Bowley
Heavy Rain by Steve Libersky

And there are a few in my photo gallery.

Thanks again!!! #2848865
