I tell kids/teens that for every 5 good shots they allow me, I then allow them 3 'goofy' shots. I LOVE his choice !

Thanks, TY ! I even do this with adults and it is so fun when they embrace their inner 'silliness' "-) #5353243Karolyn J. Seeley January 25, 2008
great capture and I plan to try using your strategy on my grandkids - they are almost impossible to photograph, what a great idea! I have been thinking of the big purchase of CS3 (on updated version)and can't seem to locate a class on it anywhere even in a city the size of Seattle. #5391388Symona R. Wood February 12, 2008
Thanks Karolyn! Another tip is I have a gift bag full of $ store type items. Each child picks a gift and then gives it to their parent to hold while I do the photos. If they were good and cooperative, they get the gift, if not, it comes back to me...which has not yet happened..lolSign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
