Likely you were shaking because the LADDER was so high! ha! Great POV here, John. -Laura #903576

Hi Laura,
A ladder would have been welcome. The machine I am standing on is a High Lifter, kind of an over sized forklift. One of the strangest things about working at this angle is the way your stomach feels as you move the zoom collar on the lens. This is called getting on top of your work. Thanks! John

I cant even imagine the experience. My fear of heights is right up there with my fear of spiders! You are a brave man! AND BE CAREFUL OUT THERE! :) -Laura #5805078

Hi Laura,
I try to pay attention to what I’m doing. Also the operators are people I know, they look out for me. Still, I like being on the high liter more than being on a roof. The pitch of the room can be very disturbing. I go where I have to for a shot, but I don’t take any one-way trips, or go to places were the camera would be in jeopardy.
Thanks, John Siskin
