Ornament

I usually like to wait until Dec. 1 to start up my "Christmastime mood"... But I went to Michael Schunke's studio
(Nine Iron Studios; my favorite glassblower) this weekend, and ended up with some of these faceted, optic ornaments.
What caught my eye immediately, was a "daisy" effect, created when you look through the bottom; I'll post that image soon.
This is the top of the ornament, with the glass loop for the hook, sitting on a hardback book of a similar color.
