Autumn's Glory

Description

Another "stormy" shot. There was a strong storm front moving in. There was only milky sunshine until a fast-moving cloud opened up a spotlight. The glow of this orange tree was just too good to pass up so I grabbed the camera and shot from the car window. I couldn't get off a second shot before the clouds were back. Truly a split-second opportunity and quite dramatic against those dark storm clouds. A couple of minutes later it was pouring down rain!
This one didn't meet my self-imposed challenge to use only ISO100 for this week's assignments...I just set the camera on full auto and fired.

Exif: F Number: 9, Exposure Bias Value: +0, Exposure Time: 1/160, Flash: flash did not fire, ISO: 400, White Balance: auto white balance, Focal Length: 41mm, Camera Model: Canon EOS DIGITAL REBEL XTi
