Eeeewwwww! GROSS! I've been waiting for your second "Octo-post" Danilo. Those guys really have a lot of...uh..."character"?! And you still have my vote for strangest animal. I liked him on black...liked him white...but I definately do not like him my salad! :o) #160310

Wendy! Thanks.
I really wish you could taste it just a bite...and you will change your mind.
Boil it and then cut it in very small pieces, Olive oil, lemon, salt and parsley and mix it very, very well, but you must refrigerate it for at least an hour or two before you eat it.
Delicious! #724073

Danilo, have you ever read the Dr. Suess book "Green Eggs and Ham"? Quote: "I will not eat green eggs and ham, I will not eat them Sam I am!" "I will not eat them here nor there, I will not eat them anywhere!" The same holds true for Octopus! :o) #724089

Ick! But a fascinating image, Danilo! Love how you "posed" him, in a very artistic manner. :-) #724106

Thanks for the recipe Danilo ;) I ate this once when someone else cooked it, in Morocco, and you are right it tastes great, especially if you eat it BEFORE you know what it is :) Super shot though!
