Description: f6.3 0.6 Tv. I shot this one w/ no EBC, as well, but adjusted it to +.95 in RAW. I love the streaks of light in this one much better than the 1600 shot. I also shot the parkway on purpose in the picture as well because I felt like it added more movement to the shot.
