Mike you entire collection of portraits of ACE are fantastic. There is nothing like a yellow lab, especially a well trained one. I grew up with labs and helped my parents train them for field trials.

One thing you caught with your portraits is the pride you find in labs especially if they are "pointing" towards a fallen bird or training dummy. #5019370

Thanks everyone for your kind comments on ACE's portraits. He just graduated from Obedience I and is doing really well. He seems to get a kick out of annoying our little 8-year-old Westie (Misty), (who would just as soon be left alone) until she turns on him and starts chasing him at full speed all over the yard. It is a riot watching them!
In a couple of months we plan to start on agility. I have a some hurdles and a ring on order to start practicing and determining his aptitute for it. We are definitely keeping him, although I am still optimistic that my daughter will take him one day when her living accomdations are suitable for a large dog like ACE. #5019703
