Description

This photo was taken at my friend's house on their deck railing.
Comment's welcome and have a GREAT DAY!!!


7/3/07 8:26:26 pm, 1/60 sec, 12.80 aperture, 33.00mm, ISO 80, portrait mode, flashed fired.
Blacked out everything but the railing and lantern, used neon glow filter, applied image screen mode, render filter, history brush to take out the render circles.
