Danea, another absolutely wonderful portrait. The lighting is incredible, you used it well. Did you use any reflectors?
Devon is beautiful & you caught a great expression. #9781

Thank you Carol, you are so kind. :-) No I did not use reflectors. She was laying on a bench and turned toward a sliding glass door. This pic was taken in a dining room which has very little light except the glass doors. I was standing off to the side and I was careful to be out of the direct light so I didn't cast a shadow on her. It was kind of squishy but I had myself and tripod between the bench and the glass doors with maybe 2-3 feet of Talk about a make shift studio...hehehe.

Devon is a friend of mine who volunteered to pose for me. When we tried this pose I knew she was going to like it. It catches a side of her that is so pretty. It seems to draw attention to her eyes and lips. It's very flattering for her, and she was so wanderfully patient with me. I was telling her where to look, how to angle her head, and even how much to part her

Thanks again for your nice comments. I need some more volunteers and will definately have to take some more of her...hehehe.I'm going in for a wrist fusion surgery tomorrow (Uugh)so it will be a couple of weeks before I can takes some pictures again. #15745

Indoor, natural light. I took many variations of this pose, using different arm placements and facial expressions.
