Description

One more PC hard disc close-up. This time I used a shopping bag and got the design reflected directed onto the disc plate.

Thank you so very much for all your great comments. Patrick, next time I’ll try to post my set up as well. Ok, for this image I used a multi colored shopping bag. I made a hold in the middle of the bag so that I could hang it on the lens. Mounted the camera on the tripod, placed the hard disc in front, and then I inserted the bag on the lens. This way I could get the colorful reflection on the disc plate which is like a shining mirror. Then I used manual focus with a few clicks. Resized the image using PSE. Rest is what you see here.
