Thanks for those kind comments to you both.
The setup is pretty simple : put a Compat Disc at mid height in your kitchen sink and open the water flow, you just have to adjust the speed of the flow and the angle you shoot at depending on the result you want.
For droplets like the one on the pic, the flow as to be very slow.
Maybe it will be easier to figure out on this "less close-up" shot.

The rest requires patience and LUCK.
A little auto-contrast in PS + a cooling filter and there you go.
