Troy: Thanks.

It's a four second long exposure. The people were moving so they were rendered as a blur. Look closely and you can see some of those.

Peter! I love this photo - I remember seeing it in an issue of Photo Life (2 years ago?) I'm glad you put the exposure information here, I don't think it was included in the Photo Life caption. What kind of camera and film was this photo taken on? Did you use any filters?

I used the Ektachrome 100 VS slide film and no filters at all.
