Actually Steve it should be called no loons allowed because it is a pic of a common loon. :0) #669974

Kathy:

That's the point of the joke. "Ducks and Geese Only", i.e., No Loons Allowed. Since the Loon is also the Minnesota State Bird (unlike the mosquito as the t-shirts often proclaim) and is the symbol of the state, it can also be interpreted "No Minnesotans Allowed!" #4376398
