Orchid as shot

Uploaded: May 12, 2007 08:40:50

Description

This is the original photo as shot. I decided to shoot all of these in both RAW and JPEG at the same time which the Nikon D200 allows. This uses a lot of space but gives more flexibility to a novice, such as I am. Interestingly, the two images (RAW and JPEG) do not appear indentical side by side in the organizer. The RAW image seems a stop more exposed. Is this usual, a feature of APEs, or of any consequence?
