Modified in Painter: Used the Flemish Rub Artists Brush on the original photo. Applied surface texture using a paper called "Tissue", used two different kinds of lighting with some adjustments "Splashy Color" and "Warm Illumination" ... after resizing for web reapplied some texture using "3D" brush strokes with the original tulips still set as the clone source
