Bernice, I think this is a beautiful shot and a beautiful little model. I'm not sure how it looked prior to downloading to better photo, but I like the softness to it. #519350

Beautiful image, Bernice! Are you shooting film and then scanning the images? or is your minolta a digital model? I shoot film and when I first started submitting images to bp, I was shocked at how soft they got when I uploaded them. I ended up getting a new scanner and photoshop so that I could slightly sharpen the images to try to restore the crispness of the originals. I still lose some of the detail but have gotten much better results lately. If I can answer any more questions, please feel free to email me. (however, if you're shooting digital, I have no clue!) #519367

Thank you guys so much for your nice comments and Marie thanks for the good info. I didn't shoot this digital and thanks for letting me know that the images are better. I will have to invest in one in the near future. Thanks again. #519806

This is a beautiful photo! Perhaps the image was too large for their web requirements and they automatically resized it, loosing image quality. That has happened to me before. #519874

Thank you Josh, for the good info. I'll try sizing them smaller and see if that works. Thanks too for the compliment on the photo. #519982
