Pretty flat light here, but I still like the coldness the grays and blues show. It was definitely cold here last month. Slide film and my 28-105mm lens on around 35mm; polarizing filter. #7302

Hi Piper,
Boy do I miss Pacific Grove! Jim and I lived just a few blocks up from this view for a few years - what a lovely place. I've been enjoying all of your Monterey Bay / Carmel area shots. Next time you go I'll give you some tips for other pretty locations... #11475

Oh my! Thanks so much, Denise. You guys lived in PG? How romantic. Jim never reveals any good details. Ha. Thanks for commenting. I would've preferred some lucky light that week. I'm already going back through all my shots thinking about what I did wrong and what I could've done differently to make them better. I guess this is how we learn. Thanks again, Denise. I'll be sure to hit you up for those tips next time. #11482

Very nice picture.. I love to shoot ocean shots, but something always goes wrong with them.. I think I just need more practice!
