Yes, Emile I still work with film and I actually prefer it. I like it's characteristics, I like the extra latitude it gives me and I know a few tricks to make the most of it. Like pushing film. This allows me to have the best of both worlds, Speed and fine grain. I also get scans from my scanner that knock the socks off most digital cameras. I will be getting into digital soon though. I bought a Nikon F100 (film camera) and 3 lenses in December from ebay. I've been using Contax equipment for quite some time. I made the jump to Nikon for several reasons. I like the high speed motor drive of the F100 and the auto focus system. This will be great for shooting wildlife. There are also a great number of longer focal length lenses available in the Nikon system that are not available with Contax and last but not least, Once I learn the Nikon system and have a few lenses, I will probably buy a D200. That way I'll be able to switch back and forth between the F100 and D200 as necessary. Different tools for different needs. I believe there's a place for both digital and film. Most serious shooters already realize this. Thanks for the comments ! If you get a chance, Check out my web site at www.RobValineimages.com #3769177
