Nice photograph,

It seems like you are using a soft focus lens on your photos which is ok don't get me wrong but if you really want a real eye catcher try zeroing in on a focal point that will be clear and then soft on the edges.Also if possible use a soft back fill lighting to get rid of the shadow effect.keep up the good work... #589236

Phil,
Thanks for the comment. Several people has suggested that I dont photoshop my work so much.... but I do it to this level because it is what I like.

All the softening, shadows, were done in photoshop. I dodged and burned the photo, used gausian blurr on it.
It is a personal preferrence that I like in my photos.

If you look at the before picture there is no shadows. To me that is Boring!

All the softening, shadows, were done in photoshop. I dodged and burned the photo, used gausian blurr on it. Then I erase it clear, and infocus on the face, eyes lips, nose, etc.

It is a personal preferrence that I like in my photos.

If you look at the before picture there is no shadows. To me that is Boring!
I have spent a lot of time and $$ learning how to over-photoshop work so that it does not look like ever Joe Smoe out there.
