Blue Eyed Girl.

Uploaded: November 14, 2006

Description

This photo was taken during a outdoor concert in Maine. The girl face reached out to me and I asked her mom if it would be okay for me to take her photo. I place her in front of a granite piller. I later found out that the girl was in need of weekly hospital care for liver failure and if not given a transplant could die. This photo was taken 4 years ago and I believe the little girl is still alive.

Peter, I was drawn to this photo by the look on the girls face...and then your description tugged at my heart! Such a beautiful girl, I hope she is still alive...she's got so much life in her...and those eyes say it all! Excellent! #556845

Wow, Peter, terrific story. Like Terri, I was drawn to this image by her face. Such an intense expression. I do hope she is better. A very well taken image, the emotions shows up most excellently! #3585933

Beautiful. I have to agree with all the others. Did you get the moms address so you could send her a copy? I bet she would love it. #3587239
