EF-S18-55@18 0.6s f3.5 ISO100 +1/3Av tripod

Here, because of the use of a tripod, I'm able to get a similar shot to the ISO 1600 one. The building signs are in focus and I'm also able to get a nice motion blur of the passing streetcar because of the long shutter speed.

I prefer this method of setting up the shot on the tripod and I will also get less noise in the shot using 100 as opposed to 1600.

I can see the using 1600 is very useful if a tripod is not available.
