Shot my favorite manekin head in nightshot mode with available light, inverted that in PS, made a copy, cahnged tones, took an eye from an alligator pic I shot, cloned the iris out, than applied subtle yellow tone shifts to make it appear the eye was glowing slightly, other things as well.
