Well, thanks everyone! Gives me hope for next year's attempt, and maybe I'll skim through my shots 1 more time to see if any others can be "salvaged"... I believe my camera was fully zoomed in to begin with on this (ie, the original image file does not have this entire firework's burst) I did crop off some of the top, which was all smoke. #3019188

Tricia, I'm now kind of glad my attempts to capture the "usual fireworks shot" didn't work out as planned ;) The comments here have encouraged me to post one or two more in this style of zoomed-in, no-full-burst composition, in the days ahead.
