Kid Cubes
Uploaded: June 19, 2006
I couldnt figure out whether to put this in the "special effects", "people", or the monthly theme which is "motion" category. I guess its all of them, but I guess its mostly a "special effect". This is my first serious attempt at this effect, and it took forever!!! Almost makes me never want to try it again...LOL. I built the cubes first, then applied my photos to the cubes. Then I used a photo I took of the sky and added some radial motion blur. Then I applied my kid cubes against my sky.

Great job, Kelly! Believe it or not, I have been trying to work this technique all week with some zoo pics I have taken. It is really time consuming, hard work and you succeeded very well! #2916891Margo Bathrick June 19, 2006

This is just awesome. I am still trying to figure this out. There are just so many effects. You did an outstanding job with it. Well worth every minute (um, hour) you spent on it! ~julie~ #2950345Kelly M. O'Connor June 26, 2006
