Description

This image was captured way up, close to the top of
the Sierra Madre Mountains. The splashing water
made it slippery, I fell and a 12-24 mm lens and
tripod came tumbling down into the water. In the
foreground you can see the rock bottom under the
water as I used a circular polarizer.

Thank you Jennifer, Rakesh and Amalia. I appreciate your comments,

Amalia, we photographers are more concerned about protecting our gear than ourselves. We worry about the equipment, and not about us :-) The lens fell about 30 meters and landed in deep high current water. I didn't even tried to dive to recover it. Thanks for asking. #2768305
