"Infrared Park Bench"

Description

Infrared image taken at a park in Collierville, Tennessee. Early morning. Slowed the shutter speed for a brighter image. f/8 for better focus. The surreal colors in this photograph are the result of special camera settings and color channel swapping in Photo shop CS2. I use a Hoya R72 infrared filter in combination with a circular polarizing filter. I adjust the shutter for proper exposure, usually around 1 second. White balance is adjusted with each shot with the "PRE" setting with the filters on.
