Before Sunrise

Description

This shot was taken on Crater Lake this last weekend. I arrived there a couple of hours before sunrise and snowshoed in a short ways to get the vantage point I wanted. I shot this before sunrise and used a three-stop ND Grad filter to retain the color in the sky yet keep the proper exposure in the foreground

Wow, Kevin! Excellent work! I love these colors! But those clouds to the top of the photo... chemtrails? Alix Nublado has a couple photos on better photo which made me think about these clouds. Hmmm... Anyway, great shot! Congratulations! I hope to see this as a winner soon! #2691126
