If Mardi Gras Were B/W

Uploaded: March 08, 2006

Description

Changed to BW. What is festive in color now takes on an ominous feel in BW. Reminds me of the very first bw movies.

Yes, this does look like an old movie! Love the way the contrast pops here! #405425

Thanks, Steve. The photo actually shook me up a bit. It is truly evil looking in bw!! Glad we see in color. I wonder if this is how a dog would see it? Don't they see in only bw? duh.

Keen observation, kk! It is very sinister as b/w, but a super shot! Very cool! #2518476

Yeah, I get that early silent movie era feel, too. So, I'm creeped for the day. I love Terry's word "sinister." Yeah that's it "sinister." Great work, kk! #2523747

Wow. This is awesome! I missed this one, along with lots of other photos due to problems with my cable (long story.) You are right: the black and white makes all the difference in the world, on this! It's downright eerie, isn't it?! I like it, even though it is a little sinister! #2626707
