Fantastic shot Crystal! This would make a great Jeans ad! #2290291Dennis Flanagan January 15, 2006
This shot is moving. It's like a cross between a Norman Rockwell and Charles M. Russell. Your composition is great. #2291072Crystal E. Berryman January 15, 2006
Jennifer, Kerby, Pat, Michelle and Dennis...thank you so much for your wondeful comments. I never saw a little guy work so hard to be grown up. Someday he will be riding with the big guys. I love shooting the western themes, it's in my blood. Be safe...Kay E. Mahoney January 15, 2006

Crystal - This is a very nice and moving photo. Beyond the technical excellence of the photo itself, you have done a great job at using the imagery to further create the feeling and theme you desired. To my thinking, by leaving the background and everything else except the boy in sepia tone you have strengthened the feel of the two different realms. There is the boy in the "current now" and then there is what he sees (the sepia toned hopes and dreams) that make up his wishes for "tomorrow" You've done an excellent job at evoking the mood and feeling of this "snapshot in time" What a great shot! #2292024Crystal E.
