Jane I just bought a new lens to try my hand at capturing birds of prey, but have nothing even close to this incredible capture, such a skillful shot!! #1703323

Thanks you John. I was just getting ready too sell my 400 mm lens. I heard they were shooting images of Eagles in Iowa. I made a road trip. When I got to LeCaire, Iowa, there were at least 30 wildlife photographers. My lens was by far one one of the smallest lenses. I decided I was going to shoot with the pros and good for the best. It was way too much fun. Thanks again. #11675733

Well what ever you are using Jane, keep doing it. These actions shots of birds in flight are amazing. You capture the moment with amazing, sharp details and gorgeous colors. Each scene is so beautifully captured, freeze framed,. a work of art. In going through your gallery, I love the vast variety of subjects, the beautiful composing, your use of black and white. And I am happy that when you took these eagle pictures that you did what you do best and matched the pros in quality work. #11682393
