Description

Sunrise at Assateague Island, VA. It looked like as we headed over that it just might be a nice sunrise, since we had some clouds in the sky. I was pleased when the sun peaked through just a little. I used Canon 5D Mark II, Canon 24-105 mm L lens at 80 mm, on tripod. I used a graduated neutral density filter to help hold back the brightness in the sky from blowing out. Settings were f22, 1/13 (using timer), ISO 100.
