I and other Rotarian put up 150 flags around residences and business in Del Rio to remember nine eleven.

The date, 9-11 is one that will not be forgotten. Many of us commented about what happened on that date, fear it could happen again. A beautiful picture Emile with our flags waving high. Gorgeous colors, love the thought behind it, beautifully done my friend. #11640134
