Supreme Spiral

Description

A very wide-angle view up the elegant white-marble spiral stairs of the US Supreme Court building. Elliptical rather than circular, there are two of these in the building,
each a mirror-image of the other. (Thanks to Louise Wolbers for the loan of an 11-24mm lens!)

Thank you folks! The stairwells are so beautifully designed, they make you want to climb them to the top ... which of course, you're prohibited from doing :( #11627617
