Love the bokeh in the background to began with. Then the beauty of the flower with its pure white and I love that blue in the center. The bee is detailed beautifully in colors and sharpness. Lighting adds that warm summer day feel to it all. Gorgeous work. #11619759Joanna Kovalcsik July 13, 2017
Frank, your thoughtful remarks are always so uplifting! Thank you for taking the time to inspire. :o) #11619769Gord MacEachern July 13, 2017 1
Definitely Roadside magic.. actually stopped yesterday and shot some. We call it blue devil around here. The inclusion of the little bee made this a two for one !! #11619798Joanna Kovalcsik July 13, 2017
Thanks for the info and kind words, Gord. Here, it's called "cornflower"... but that gets people confused with Bachelor Buttons, so I went with Chicory. :o) #11619804Nancy L. Green July 13, 2017 1
LOVE the colors, comp and clarity here Joanna, this looks very much like what we call Purple dandilion, VERY well done!! <>< #11619805Heidi R. Geise July 13, 2017 1
It has been said, but again, great clarity. I love the contrast of the white on the soft green (contrast of color and of sharpness). The visitor in the center just adds another touch of beauty to this lovely shot. #11619806Thomas L Willis July 13, 2017 1
