Putting on the base

Adding to our handicapped playground the Spinner arrived this week so we had a work project to install it. Only 4 of us showed up
but we got the work done. Here we are putting the bottom spinning mechanism on the concrete base. I had to dig out a hole so we could get under to put screws on later.
