The 25th of April each year, Australians and New Zealanders pause to remember our service men and women who fought and served in our armed forces.
ANZAC Day is our way of showing respect and remember those who have gone before us.
We will remember them … Lest we forget.
This monument is at Swansea, on the southern outskirts of Newcastle, and each year is a local focus point for the dawn remembrance ceremony.
