Our Lions Club contracted with the Del Rio High School Metal Trade School in 1992 to build this huge cooker. We can cook 75 large briskets, hundreds of chickens, steaks, burgers and what ever.
It has become our clubs largest money maker and we use it several times a month. We hauled it to Detroit for a convention and served over 5,000 dinner in less than several hours.
