Reflection of Ibis

The White Faced Ibis is becoming one of my favorite birds to photograph, when the light hits them the right way it shows off the amazing color of its feathers. I photographed this beauty a couple of weeks ago in the Central Park of Huntington Beach California.

Arthur, this is a fantastic shot! The reflections complement the ibis feathers perfectly... great ripples (water and foliage), awesome clarity, superb light... it's all going on in this image. Wow! #1682553Arthur Bohlmann March 26, 2017 1
Thank you Joanna. I have been photographing this beauty over the past few weeks and photographed it again a couple of days ago. Such a great subject and fortunately for me great photographer weather this time of year in Southern California and the winter mix of birds are still around. #11575593Hayden Cannon March 27, 2017
Fantastic colours, lighting, comp and details Arthur! I love the reflection and ripples and the way it has distorted the reflection, fantastic! #11575865Arthur Bohlmann March 27, 2017
