Hi, Emile! It's a Duranta plant. A tropical plant - can grown to 10 or more feet and is considered a perennial in your area (So. TX) - most other areas (like mine in Central TX), it dies back in the winter and if the winter's not too cold, comes back in Spring. A beautiful capture of it, Emile - looks fantastic flowing over the white wall! (Monarchs love it!) #11530412
