Rotary Village Home

This is one of the homes in Rotary Village. Unlike some other projects these resident take immaculate care of their homes. All are one bedroom with kitchen, bath and living room. We have 52 units with 100% occupancy and 23 on the waiting list. They are only empty if one dies or goes to nursing home and are rapidly reoccupied after we inspect and clean up and repair any items necessary. All are air conditioned but we also bought stand up fans for each resident to decrease their electric bill. Taken 9/15/16
