This clock in in the Westin St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco. The hotel opened it's doors in 1904, and the clock was installed in 1907. The clock inspired the saying in San Francisco "Meet me at the clock" which meant meet me at the St. Francis Hotel, this was before it was renamed the Westin St. Francis Hotel.
