I photographed this beauty during a visit to the NHLA a week a go. I edited this photo using Lightroom and used a Canon 2.8 100mm

Beautiful horse and capture, Becky. Glad to hear you got to visit SNP. Did it still have much color? Shenandoah is a hard park to hike even though throughout the years and our frequent visit not many trails we had not done. It long and narrow. So you get to go down first but its always a tough long hike up. LOL. Doyle Falls is another falls we like better then Dark Hollow but its even steeper coming back up that one. Around mile marker 81. Not our favorite park but makes for a close get away for us. BTW love your picture of Babcock Mill. We usually miss the colors too but at least you missed the crowd. #11396481

It is so sad that we keep developing over the land of gorgeous animals like this and take away the beauty they offer.
