They are 9 meters tall and are made of concrete.

Kiki, these huge figures remind me of the mystery of Stonehenge. Why four of them? Four times the work, or some extremely large molds...Was the artist well known for such work, or did a group of people create them?
The people add a sense of scale, and the pov is terrific ~ those beautiful clouds make such a nice background. Fine work, my friend. #1620758

Thanks so much, Mary.
I have no idea why the artist made 4 or why he did the sculptures in the first place.
Maybe he couldn't stop once he got started :) :)
Svend Wiig Hansen is his name. #11316969

Love this Kiki!! The statues are amazing, but the dynamics of the family portrait are so interesting. I love how the little one is sitting by herself....pouting, I'm guessing. And it appears mom is trying to convince her to join the family shot! Dad's probably just really frustrated! It sort of looks like the little one is trying to imitate the statues! Wonderful capture, Kiki! #11317312

They all have such good posture! Heehee...and so do almost all the people! Did you notice all the statues have six-packs for stomach muscles except one? He must be the partier. Ahahahaaha! Excellent job. We missed so much of Denmark but how lucky are we here at BP knowing you are a great reporter?! Keep up the fantastic work. Love the title, too! Clever!! :))) -SSSLala #11321960

Thank you so much, Teresa, Neal, Ellen and SSSLala.
Sister! The way you notice everything always amazes me. Yes, indeed - he IS the partier :) #11321980
